Menu of services
My hope for every massage session is to work with the client to promote his or her well-being. Massage can meet many needs such as relaxation, balance, or relief from general or specific pain or discomfort. In order to meet your goals for the session, please choose from the following menu of services.

Relaxation (60/90m)
When you feel crazy busy or stressed out by work or life, it's time for a relaxation massage. Quiet your mind, body, and spirit for 60 or 90 minutes of letting go and letting be. This session incorporates long healing Swedish massage strokes accompanied by light energy work and calming aromatherapy.
Balancing (60/90m)
There are times when you need to work out the tension rather than just let it ease out on its own. This massage uses both the relaxing and healing benefits of Swedish massage and the stress and tension busting properties of deep tissue work and reflexology to restore your balance and leave you feeling better all over.
Performance (60/90m)
Working it out at the gym or on the trails is great for keeping your mind and body in shape, but sometimes it’s not enough. Drawing on medical massage, deep tissue work, Swedish massage, and hydrotherapy, this sports- and fitness-oriented massage is great before or after an event or to keep you at peak performance in your regular routine.
Wellness (60/90m)
Feeling sluggish, susceptible to illness, or generally not at 100%? This session can stimulate improved circulation of blood and lymph to move excess fluid, toxins, and other harmful influences through your body’s natural defense systems and keep you feeling healthy and energized through the cold and flu season or in times of physical or environmental stress. Not recommended just after onset of cold or flu.
Mid-day Tune-Up (30/60m)
Sometimes we don’t feel like there are enough hours in the day for self-care. But it doesn’t have to be so hard. In a tune-up session, experience the benefits of increased circulation, relief from specific pain or tension points, stretching, and full body relaxation. This clothed-session is performed without oil so you are ready to go back to work. Gym clothes are recommended.
Nurturing Pregnancy (60/90m)
Growing a baby is no small task, and moms-to-be need all the support they can get! This massage eases joint and muscle pain associated with pregnancy and helps improve circulation to avoid unnecessary swelling and discomfort. Most recommended for women in 2nd and 3rd trimesters and to ease your body transitions post-partum.
Reiki (60m)
In addition to massage, many people find meaningful therapeutic value from energy work. Indeed, some of the deepest healing can happen with the lightest touch. Reiki is a tradition from Japan that uses laying on of hands to channel energy where the body and spirit need it most. People have described Reiki sessions as almost a “waking dream” state, creating the environment for deep relaxation and feelings of well-being. That is serious chilling out.
Headache/migraine (30/60m)
Suffering from the occasional headache is bad enough, but chronic headaches and migraines can be debilitating. In addition to other treatments you may be using, try a 30 minute massage focused on pressure points and reflexology to address the underlying physical, emotional, and biochemical triggers causing your pain. Add the calming and healing effects of Reiki for a 60 min session.
Injury/performance add-on (30m)
Sometimes a full body session is not enough to tackle your areas of chronic pain, stress, or discomfort. Add a focused treatment for any area needing special attention (e.g., neck pain, shin splints, etc.) to any 60 minute massage. Recommended for post-acute injuries or pain.
Prices for 30/60/90 minute sessions are $45/$85/$120. All prices include NYC sales and use tax.
